I would hardly compare someone breaking into your home, like someone coming into the US illegally.

I will say that I do agree that we need to secure the borders; not all of the illegals are here for honest work. I lived in Arizona for several years. We had our car stolen by an illegal. He tried to take it back over the border so he could sell it in Mexico. We were lucky; our car was spotted and never made it over the border.
However, after talking with the policeman, he said, "We can't do anything. We send this guy back to Mexico and in 3 days I'll catch him trying to take another vehicle over the border. They know how to get through."
I have traveled through Mexico and there are some very sketchy places; I wouldn't choose to raise my children there, so I can understand why they want out.
This is just a difficult situation all around.
Thanks for sharing the email.
CarynAn Enlightened Fairyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09165900747538235514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27974976.post-29457015091122068862007-02-24T11:49:00.000-06:002007-02-24T11:49:00.000-06:00I'm with you, you can't argue with flawed logic. I...I'm with you, you can't argue with flawed logic. I was horrified to know that one of my relatives called a radio station to do an on-air anti Mexican rant--comparing them to the terrorists of 911...there was no logic, but people called in to sgree with him.Bobby D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/02205693811392933385noreply@blogger.com
